Automatic bundling machines are automatic high speed machines suited for online installations with modern high speed tube mills or tube finishing lines. These machines allow the user to produce hexagonal, square and rectangular bundles in variety of sizes. The shape or size changeover can be achieved very quickly avoiding costly delays. The machine facilitates option of manual or automatic strapping using high tensile steel straps. These machines allow small bundle sizes without sacrificing the line speeds. For large diameter tubes the machines have options for producing regular or irregular hexagonal bundles facilitating small bundle weights. The machines incorporate all desired features of coolant draining from inside the tube, single man operation, bundle weighing and subsequent TAG printing with bundle weights, tube sizes and other predetermined informations. For larger size tube mills, magnet type single layer transfer system are employed allowing lesser no. of tubes per bundle at high speeds.
