Tube Straightening Machine
The multi cross roll straightening machines are available in 6 Rolls or 10 Rolls for delivering a straightness of 1 in 1000 upto 1 in 3000. The machines are equipped with automatic handling systems for high outputs without any damage to the bright tube surface. Each model is available with computerized roll setting facility as an option. It allows the operator to select the tube size and physical properties of tube material from a self generated menu and the roll angles and deflections are automatically set to deliver best straightness. Each of the below models have variants for higher thicknesses for seamless tubes.
